A Rainy-Day Proposal in Sydney – Johnny & Konomi

Johnny and Konomi’s surprise proposal in Sydney was the perfect reminder that love can outshine even the rainiest of days. Visiting from Japan on vacation, Johnny planned a romantic surprise by Sydney Harbour to celebrate their first trip to the city together. As their Sydney proposal photographer, I had the joy of capturing this unforgettable moment against one of the world’s most iconic backdrops.

The day began with showers, and it seemed the weather might not be on our side. But just at the right moment, there was a pause in the rain – and that’s when Johnny asked the most important question of his life. Konomi’s reaction was pure joy and delight, and the magic of the moment made the light rain around us fade away.
