Family Photoshoot with Opera House | Sydney Family Photographer

It was such a pleasure to meet Muhammad, Afiqah and their family during their recent visit to Sydney from Singapore. In the days leading up to their session, we were closely watching the forecast as it had been raining heavily in Sydney. Fortunately, the skies cleared just in time, and we were treated to a beautiful morning by the harbour.

There’s something magical about Sydney’s iconic skyline and natural beauty, coupled with the closeness of a family together. We wandered along the harbour near Circular Quay, capturing everything from cheeky smiles to gentle moments between parents and the kids. The little ones were super cute and it was such a joy getting to know their little personalities. It was also clear just how close and loving the whole family is.

This photo session was also meaningful to me. I spent 4 years of my own childhood living in Singapore, so meeting families from there always brings a little extra warmth and familiarity. It made our time together feel even more connected and special.

This session felt especially meaningful - not just because of the iconic location near the Opera House and Harbour Bridge, but because Muhammad’s parents and sister were also visiting, making it a true family trip to remember.
