Anouchka’s Sydney Opera House Senior Photoshoot

Some photo sessions are more than just capturing portraits – they’re a chance to reconnect. And this one was exactly that. I had the joy of photographing Anouchka’s family over ten years ago in Paris when she was much younger. So when her mother Kinga reached out to me after all these years to arrange a senior photoshoot in Sydney to celebrate her graduation, my heart leapt.

Now 17, Anouchka has grown into the most beautiful young woman — graceful, warm, and already so accomplished - not to mention perfectly fluent in 6 languages!! She’s about to begin her medical studies and was visiting Sydney as part of a youth delegation. To say I was impressed is an understatement. She is stunning inside and out, and it was an absolute privilege to photograph her during this meaningful milestone in her life.

We met for the photoshoot on the steps of the Sydney Opera House in the beautiful morning light. The harbour, the sails, and the bridge made for a perfect backdrop - stylish and elegant, just like Anouchka.
