Rob & Rebecca’s Sydney Harbour Engagement Session
Rob and Rebecca had got engaged the evening before, and the following morning we met at Sydney Harbour for their engagement session. They were still buzzing with excitement, and there was plenty of laughter, hand-holding and even some dancing as we explored the waterfront together.
With the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge in the background, we wandered along the harbour, stopping at different spots to capture the two of them together. The morning light was beautiful, and the relaxed pace gave them time to enjoy being engaged while we created a collection of natural portraits.
A morning exploring Sydney Harbour
We made the most of the harbour setting, with its palm trees, waterfront paths and views across the water. Rather than rushing from one photograph to the next, we took our time and let the session unfold naturally.
Some of my favourite moments were the little interactions between Rob and Rebecca: the way they looked at each other, the laughter and the excitement of having just made this commitment to one another.
The session gave us a chance to capture more than just the harbour landmarks. We photographed the two of them walking together, embracing and enjoying the views, creating a collection that reflects their excitement at this new chapter.
